myBet.com is a brand of Personal Exchange International Limited (PEI Ltd.). The company was established in January 2003, in Malta. myBet is today owned by JAXX PLC, the biggest German gaming company (former Fluxx Plc). JAXX Plc has been traded on Frankfurt stock exchange since September 1999. The group is a management holding and has its headquarters in Germany.

License

The betting license granted by the Maltese Finance Ministry and LGA (the Maltese Lottery & Gaming Authority) entitles PEI Ltd. to offer, accept and procure bets for any event with unknown outcome taking place anywhere in the world.
